Saint Matthew's is an Episcopal congregation in the Diocese of East Tennessee located in Dayton, Tennessee. As such, we are part of the one, holy, catholic and apostolic church founded by Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost to do God's work in the world. We are part of the Anglican Communion, and a daughter church of the ancient Church of England.
